You'll find a wide range of properties. Have a browse through the photographs and when you see one you like give us a call on 028 9181 2145 to arrange a viewing.

When you have found the house you want, submit your application together with the usual photo ID and proof of address (and the same for your guarantor if requested).

We will seek references and the application may be passed to HomeLet, a tenant referencing service. We ask you to pay a fee of £60 per applicant to cover this.

ATTENTION!

We do not charge any hidden fees! Yes, it's true!

The only other fees to us that you could become liable for are if a cheque you give us is returned unpaid (£50 to cover the bank's charge to us and the extra work involved) or if we have to issue proceedings in the Small Claims Court (£50 for the work involved, this is in addition to the court fee that the landlord will have paid).

That's it. No other fees. No fee for checking inventory, no fee for a reference, no fee for a copy of the tenancy agreement, no fee for protecting your deposit, no fee for a guarantor, no fee for renewing the tenancy.

As long as you keep your end of the bargain we'll treat you right.
